Comfort Suites Beachfront

Rooms were nice and clean, view from the balcony was beautiful, complimentary breakfast was solid, location is excellent. Lots of good places to eat at that are walking distance/close by. Only draw back was that one of the elevators was not working, it would’ve been nice to know before getting a room on the 9th floor.

The room was spacious with great views but the breakfast was the best part. The staff are super friendly, there’s a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere at the breakfast every morning. Chris’s potatoes are so good and I would go back just for that!!

20/10 Would recommend! The room we had was very comfortable! We got to pick which floor we wanted a room, which i dont recall ever having that option. Their complementary breakfast was very good and the folks working it were so friendly! When we go back to Virginia beach, we definitely plan on staying here again!

This hotel is old and in need of some love. Our room was clean and comfortable. Of course the view is what we came for. All ocean front. Parking large vehicles can be a challenge. Don't bother with breakfast. The coffee was a decent hold over.

I came in with modest expectations, but this Comfort Suites really impressed me. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the real standout was the breakfast. It was easily the best I’ve had in this class of hotel. Chris, one of the breakfast attendants, mentioned that the potatoes were made from his grandmother’s recipe, and they were genuinely special. That personal touch made the whole stay memorable.

The exterior of the hotel needs maintenance, but the rooms were nice and clean. Having a bedroom and a living room space is great for families. Balcony was great. The breakfast and the service there is superb!! Chris and Vicki are amazing. The pool is clean. The location seems to be on the rough end of the strip. A few blocks up was much nicer.

We had a wonderful experience at Comfort Suites during our stay this last few days. Receptionist was friendly and super helpful. We even added a day onto our stay because we were enjoying it so much. The breakfast is really good. The main chef/man in charge of breakfast is so friendly and upbeat. They did have a hard time keeping up with the breakfast crowd and the food kept running out, but they kept it coming. There was also a good selection of food, and my husband said it definitely beat your usual and basic complimentary hotel breakfast. The only complaint I have about the location is that you can hear a lot of the commotion going on outside the bedroom area since it faces the street side, but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. Otherwise, the beachfront room was super clean, spacious, and the view was amazing.

We've stayed in a few hotels in Virginia Beach over the last 2 months visiting sick family member. This is the nicest, friendliest one we have stayed, that didn't make our trip more stressful. The views are great obviously. But the staff were so nice and the rooms where clean and comfortable. The reason for a 4 was that the shower leaked pretty bad, and some parts of the room were poorly rehabbed. But this will be our choice hotel from here on out.
